In celebration of my getting an iyouknowwhat, I have made some wallpapers for my own use and I am posting them here as well. Nothing special because you have seen some of them before, but if you do decide to use them, please leave a comment, I’d be delighted to know.

Now now, it wasn’t so bad right?

The downer is, even with one of this, I still can’t seem to get out of this hairy situation*. Oh you still don’t know what this does? It’s a wrench that can force people to say yes or no. Literally.
*Don’t mind my venting, it’s one of those life sucks moments.

Woa, didn’t realize that I haven’t had a post for 3 days. Apparently life’s giving me a lot to deal right now.

I love Banksy’s work and I think he’s right, but this quote again reiterated the great divide between art and products and we all know where this conversation would end - nowhere.

That’s earth on the left, viewing from Mars. Astonishing isn’t it.
Please do follow the link to see more higher res images and descriptions, it is worth the while.
edit: It’s quite interesting that a lot of discussion in reddit centers around the possibility of making Mars habitable, much like how any technology advancement is now seen almost exclusively an commercial opportunity… but I digress.

Great minds think alike

Around 15 years ago, after falling down awkwardly I had a brain MRI scan just like the one Hideo Kojima has in his apartment. At the time I really wanted to buy an extra copy to hang in my room but I couldn’t. I still regret not getting it after so many years, especially now all the scans are almost all digital now. It’s nice to see a great mind actually has the same quirkiness that I had. (I guess it isn’t that uncommon to have the MRI scan as a poster to begin with).
